The name of the genetically transmitted disease that i've chosen is called the Down Syndrome. This syndrome can affect both gender because its all the same and this happens if there is an extra copy in 21st chromosome. The famous artist that suffer from this disease are: Laz-D, Jamie Brewer, and Chris Burke. The symptoms that can be founded in Down Syndrome can't be identified during pregnancy in your children but after the birth of your children, the symptoms founded if your son has a Down syndrome if your children has:
- Flat facial features
- Small head and ears
- Short neck
- Bulging tongue
- Eyes that slant upwards
- Oddly shaped ears
- Poor muscle tone
Social action can also help identify if your children has suffered from Down syndrome which are:
- Impulsive behavior
- Poor judgement
- Short attention span
- Slow learning abilities
This syndrome can cause your son/daughter to have multiples effects which can cause the person to have:
- Thyroid disease
- Obesity
- Skeletal problem
- Visual Problem
- Seizure
- Hearing loss
